Restoration and Photo Manipulation Questions
Can my photo be fixed?
Yes. No matter how severe the damage to your photo may be, it can be repaired.
Can objects be added or taken away?
Yes, people can be added or removed, and backgrounds can also be changed.
Can my black & white photo be colored?
Yes, we can colorize your black and white photo to your specified colors. Photos can also be sepia toned to create a brown and white antique look.
How will my photo be restored?
A digital copy of your original photo is made and the restorations are made only to the copy. Your original is returned to you unaltered.
Do I get a negative?
Digital photo restoration methods do not produce a traditional negative. However, we do keep your restoration saved on digital media for a period of 5 years.
Can I get a negative made?
Yes, if you wish to have a negative made of your order we can produce one for a charge of $21.50. Alternately, you may order as many extra prints of the restoration as you need.
How do I send my order to the lab?
Easy. If you have access to a scanner, you can scan your original. Once your original is scanned, you can place your order on our secure server and then send your photo directly through your browser!
You can also send your file as an email attachment, but please remember to include specific instructions so that we know what you wish to have done.
What if I don't have a scanner?
If you don't have a scanner, you may mail your original to us for restoration, and we will scan it in our lab.
How do I pay for my order?
You may also send a check or money order with your order. We require that you send at least a 50% deposit prior to beginning any work on your photos. The balance of your order is due upon completion of the restoration and prior to your order being shipped. We are not presently setup to take credit card orders.

See web site at www.inovativecreations.com. and send us an email with details; jane_imagemaker@yahoo.com. Phone messages can also be left at (856) 464-6864.
How soon will I receive my order?
Our normal turnaround time is 5 to 15 business days once your order is received. Rush services are also available.
Will my original photo be altered in any way?
No. We do not make any alterations to your original. It will be returned to you in the same condition that we received it.
What kind of photo paper do you use?
We use high-quality glossy or matte surface paper. Your photos can also be mounted on heavy art board as well.
How safe is sending my photos through the mail?
The biggest percentage of our restoration work is received through the mail. We have never had a problem with any clients' work getting lost or damaged, unless the packaging itself was inadequate.
What's the best way to package my photos?
Properly packaging of your photos is essential. Always place your photographs between at least two pieces of sturdy corrugated cardboard. Even if your photo is mounted on art board or mount board, this alone will not provide adequate protection.
If you are sending anything with glass, you should wrap it completely and securely in bubble packing.
The safest way to ship your photographs is via UPS or Federal Express. You may also wish to insure your package or request a signature. Additionally, you can always email us and let us know you're sending an order.
Where do I send my photos?

Excellence in photography and service
As with many goals in life, creative photos are best achieved through careful planning. A photographic vision is often difficult to communicate with words on the telephone, so in the estimate process we will ask many questions to help clarify your photographic needs. The estimate will essentially plan the details of the shoot and make sure client and photographer agree on what the final images should be, how much it will cost, and when it should be delivered. We won't leave our success to chance, and you shouldn't leave yours to chance either. That is why an estimate is essential.
Our estimate will give you the big picture
Give us a call at 856-464-6864 and we'll email or fax you a free estimate, no obligation. After you approve an estimate, it becomes our blueprint for a successful photographic project. We stand by our photography. Our work is guaranteed, we honor our estimates and give you great service or we'll refund your money. We look forward to hearing from you!
